		<description>I agree. You are far too valuable to let burn out from overwork. What you are doing and will do in the future is so helpful and important. Shoot....we cannot let you run yourself out burning the candle at both ends. 

In fact - i disagree on your point just a little - don&#039;t &quot;give [yourself] permission to have breaks&quot;....Instead, REQUIRE breaks for yourself. If they aren&#039;t built in, will you really take them? I have my doubts.

This profession and these kids really neeeed you - so take care of yourself so you can keep on playing your drum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energizer_Bunny) Even the bunny takes a break when his batteries run down. Maybe you can recharge yours before they burn all up.

btw...I am happy you&#039;ve had a little time to update your blog, and that you got out and saw something pretty. (no pressure to keep updating though - I am patient :-)
